All shipments will be shipped the following day except weekends depending on that status of our local postal services hours of operation. Our goal is for you to 100% satisfied with your purchase from HandWrittenLA. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order once delivered, we would be happy to exchange or return the item for you. All returns and exchanges must be equal or less value of the original sales item.
If you purchase one or more items from our website or store and want to exchange the item, you can exchange for another item that we have in stock at that time. Any items that we don’t have will be placed as a pre-order and may require additional funds depending on the item. All exchanges in store must show proof of purchase (receipt). All exchanges for orders online, must submit an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number confirmation. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for returns done online.
Items that are purchased in store can be exchanged for another item but will not be returned for a refund. There will be no refunds given unless approved by management and depending on the condition of the item that was purchased. Please make sure that you have the original receipt on hand when returning items to our store. Store credit can also be applied for future purchases if allowed by management. Pre-orders are allowed for returns but also may require additional funds depending on the item that you request for pre-order. Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for pre-orders to come from the date of the exchange.
